Hey there, so my hip feels kind of weird, it doens't feel like anything is dislocated or anything, but it does feel kind of like loose in a sense, if that does make sense. I guess it could be because I sat down most of the day. Any ideas?

Maybe walk around. Do some stretching. Try laying flat on your back and cross your legs. Then pull them gently towards your chest. Put your right hand on your left leg, and left hand on right leg. Gently pull just enough to feel the stretch. Take deep breaths and count to ten. Switch sides and repeat. Hope that makes sense.
