Should i be worried?

Answers:
First of all, if you are bleeding out of control, you need to go to the ER. They can cauterize the inside of your nose to make the bleeding stop and they have plenty of other options on hand.

Since your head hurts and your nose bleeds easily, I recommend that you avoid Aspirin. Try something else, like Tylenol, Alieve, etc. Please read the bottle and check for a warning against using it if you have a bleeding problem.

This is entirely your call. If it was me, I would be freaking out and seriously considering a trip to the ER. So what if it's something minor but distressing? When in doubt, seek medical attention. ERs can't turn you away if you can't pay for treatment. It's much better to deal with that than to potentially die at home of something preventable. I really don't know what your symptoms mean in the big picture. I do know that they would have me trying to get something done about it shortly.
Yes! Some people are prone to bloody noses, especially when it's hot outside, but don't take a chance. You should contact your doctor right away or go to urgent care.
yes call Dr maybe you could have high blood pressure
Call your local ER and ask for a nurse to speak with. Tell them what's going on.
