Can't keep still, strange feelings?

Question:
I have been having some strange feelings now for the past year or more, they seem to be getting worse now, shaking hand and arm on my right side, stiff muscles in my legs, arms, shoulders and neck, everywhere really and have a stooped posture which I never used to have. Keep having to move all the time, if I'm sitting or laying down I keep moving my arms and legs or changing positions. I find movement sometimes is very slow and if I try and go faster then it's stupidly fast and end up knocking something over and sometimes I freeze, I have also started needing to use the toilet more often now for...

Thanks for any advice you could give me on what it could be or what I should do.

Answers:
See your doctor

;-)
This has been going on for a year and you haven't been to the doctor? Go immediately!! You may have Parkinson's.
It could be all kinds of things. You should go and see your Doctor as soon as possible and have it checked out. You can call the NHS Advise line on 0845 4647. They are available 24 hours a day. Call them now.
I would say that when this starts to happen just try to relax and don't think about it. Turn on the t.v. and just calm down. If they continue to happen i recommend seeing a doctor.
This could be serious as it seems to be neurological. It could be Parkinsons, Multiple Sclerosis, or even Huntingdon's Chorea. Please see your doctor before it get worse. You could end up falling or hurting yourself if you continue to ignore it. Take no notice if you get stupid answers on here. Someone is bound to say something dumb. Please go to your doctors.
First consult your doctor,if you dont get a proper dianosis or treatment and your symptoms persist, you may benefit from consulting the expert doctors at the private hospital below.
You may have to pay but at least you can get a second opinion. They are used to dealing with sets of symptoms like those you describe.
Your symptoms do sound neurological, but the root of related conditions,eg MS,parkinsons, etc, could be caused by an infection, which the hospital below would investigate.
Could be a number of things. Get to your GP this week and get youself checked out.
