How can I get in the habit of going to sleep around 9 to 9:30?
Question:
I need to go to bed around 9 or 9:30.
How can I get back in the habit of that?
This summer I'm been going to bed way to late, and i just can't do that during the school year.
Any idea's??

Stay up for 24 hours. Then you will be so tired, that falling asleep at 9:00 will be easy.

You have to accept youll be tired the first day. But then it will get easier to go to sleep as long as you get up early and Don't take a nap! Resist the nap!
The staying up all night before it seems like a good idea but it might be better to just get up really really early the day before, so that you'll be tired the night before and fall asleep at 9.
Watch big Brother... ull fall asleep then.
