Which painkiller should I take before bed?


Question:
For my knee surgery I have 2 painkillers. Pain is so bad at night I will not sleep without med.

Should I take the 5mg perk or 20mg of oxycontins?

btw I have a mild kidney disease so im looking for the safest route, otherwise id take oxy prob, that lasts 12 hours while the perk lasts around 5 hours.

NOT a good idea to mess with medication.

If your doctor's office is closed, call Walgreens. CVS, or Walmart to ask a pharmicist. You shouldn't mess around with guessing which would be safest.
since you have a mild kidney disease consult your doctor and a nephrologist.[ medical kidney specialist] please do not self medicate.
