Question about broken backs and safety?


Question:
My mom broke her back and had number's 5 and 6 of her discs surgically removed on June 20th 2006.

We are going to Disney World (Orlando). Can she safetly ride the Tower of Terror and Splash Mountain without hurting herself?

Any helpful information would be appreciated.

Answers:
I agree with the above...She should give her doctor a call and ask. Also, at the entrance to each ride there are a list of precautions and it will tell you who should not ride.
I think the " helpful information" should come from her doctor.
please do not allow her to ride these rides!
