What would happen if you tried to throw up but your mouth was covered with duct tape?

would you choke? theres a huge amount of pressure when you throw up, would you pop a vein in your head or something?!

pretty digusting,bu it would come out your nose and or tear ducts
this happened to a man at a hot dog competition, he was gagged, but he was trying to hold it down while he was recieving his award, and it came his nose, it is possible to pop a vein, but not a large one, maybe not even more than a capiliary

It comes out of your nose and there is a good chance you would choke and also take some into the lungs. That is a very bad thing and can lead to pneumonia.
