That happens to me too. Try not to have coffee (if you drink it) after 10am. If thats not the case, before 10pm, try to do some activity to wear you out so your more likely to fall asleep faster and stay asleep. If that doesn't work and you wake up at 3am again, then just call me!
dont drink caffine for several hours before bed. and also dont eat before bedtime.
Do you work out at all? It seems counterintuitive, but working out shortly before bed actually improves sleep.
