I walk on my toes?

I don't know what I'm talking about but I'm guessing regular massages wouldn't hurt. And maybe try calf stretches. Stand with the front part of your foot on the edge of a step and lowering your heels. Also could try sitting with the fronts of you feet on a 2x4 and books on your knees and lower and raise your heels.
Getting a medical opinion certainly wouldn't be a bad idea obviously, but don't see anything wrong with my ideas either.
Good luck!
You should really go to the doctor (if you have not already) as walking on your toes should not go on for more than 18months after birth.
heres a site i found with reasons why people do it, check it out!

My daughter walked on her toes for years, but she had a muscular disease. She had to have surgery to have her achilles tendons stretched and no more toe walking! You need to see an orthopedic doctor.
You need to go to your doctor and ask that he/she send you to physical therapy. Therapists will help you to walk properly. They will show you exercises that stretch you out so you won't get those cramping feelings. Tell your mom and dad that I said that. I have been in physical therapy for years for a bad knee and I have seen many kids that walk on their toes in there. I was also a physical therapy assistant as my first career. For the time being, try to make a conscious effort to walk correctly whenever you can...heal, toe, heal, toe.
