CRITICAL - nonstop severe stomache pains??

Question:
PLEASE HELP! I woke up early this morning to some "gut clutching" pains and they haven't stopped! I went to the bathroom. (#2) No diarreah, though. Then I took some peptobismol but that didn't work. I am too afraid to eat, because it hurts so bad. My friend said to eat something light, and stupid me ate a banana. (that's not very light - my dad said) A few moments ago I went #2 A LOT but the pain still hasn't let up the slightest bit!
(I also have a cold - fyi) So when I cough I get this TERRIBLE stabbing pain in my bladder area. please help! I am so desperate...It literally feels like its killing me!!

OMG...I have the same thing going on today and unfortunately I am at work!! I think there is a stomach virus going around though cuz several people I know have had the same thing. I took some pepto too.but didn't help either. I am trying Immodium AD now. Hope ya feel better.
That's hard to diagnose on line you have to go see a physician for that.Good luck.
Could be food poisoning, an infection, a kidney stone, a virus, appendix...if it doesn't go away, please go to the emergency room or a dr.
what did you have for lunch/ dinner the day before.. could be you ate something that didnt agree with you.. are you taking over the counter meds... might be upsetting you also.. try to drink lots of water .. if it keeps up for more than 6 hours you need to call the doctor..
sounds like food poisoning to me. my husband and I both had food poisoning and these were the symptons we had. dont eat or drink ANYTHING for the next 24 hours, curl up with a blanket and maybe a heating pad. in the morning, try eating something like a popsicle or just drinking some juice. it may help you to feel better to throw up. hope you feel better soon.
your symptoms sound the same as my girlfriend's. She had gall bladder stones, which are similar to kidney stones, only if you don't have them treated quickly you'll have problems because unlike kidney stones they cannot be passed. They must be treated with medicine in order to dissolve (if early enough), or you'll need surgery( if you wait too long). Go to see a doctor before it's too late
I'm thinking a kidney stone.
Go to your doctor immediately! it could be serious!
