Blueberry seed stuck in throat?

Question:
About a week ago I ate a handful of blueberries and a seed got stuck in my throat. I can still feel it. Will it work out by itself or do I need to have it removed?
P.S. I've tried having a look, gargeling etc.

Answers:
first lie on your stomach, then lie on your back, then lie on your stomach, then lie on your back...then have a sip of coffee

Best breakfast in the world . "Blueberry turnovers and coffee" mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
eat a banana that works with small fish bones
bread, massaging your neck slowly
Take a handfull of boiled rice and and swollow it with chewing. I hope after one or two tries it will slip in. if not consult a doctor.
I have had a similar thing happen with a small popcorn kernel. It took a while and was really annoying but eventually it came up. I just tried to keep my throat moist and to gently cough to loosen it. Unfortunately gargling probably won't be effective because it is down too deep.
Generally speaking, something so small as a blueberry seed is not still there if you have been eating and drinking. Plus the esophagus is wet and keeps making more fluid to keep itself moist, so the seed likely did not stick for long, if it stuck at all.

However, if it stuck there for a little bit, it might have left a little scratch and that is likely what you are feeling.

Give it a couple of days or a week and if the sensation is still there and if it is bothering you, ask your health care provider whether they think you should be evaluated.
i had sorta the same thing happen -i ate some toast with a lil butter on it and it worked for me --good luck
