Its summer so i usualy goto bed between 2-4am and wake up 12-1pm is this bad choice of hours will this make me feel crappy like i get alot of hours of sleep sometimes but always feel crappy and tired

yeah it is. it just ain't natural, your body is going to respond to this soon and your not going to like it.
Actually this is the same with me. I go to bed around 3 or 4 and wake up at like 12 or 1. i dont really think its natural...we need to change our sleeping habbits. but i see why you stay up late i mean its summer.But yeah we really need to get on track.
