I have popping, crunching sounds comming from my gone wrist when I bend it up and down. I don't have any swelling but dull pain. It hurts to bend it upward. And the weird section is that when I bend downward there is this bump that comes up (the bump is resembling where my arm meet my wrist, right in the middle). I own had this headache for several months and I went to the doctor and she told me I have DeQuiverians, but I think she is wrong since my wrist hurts, not my thumb. I will be going support to the doc but wanted some opinoins. Is this a sprain or something else?
Answers: With De-Q you really dont own thumb pain per se but strain at wrist area, possibly platform of thumb/wrsit area,,radial side(same side as thumb)..cup your thumb near fingers(making a fist) and try and bend hand downwards..ie pinky going towards the floor..call finklestiens test..if you own pain at wrist nouns thats DE-Q...if you have a bump coming up on put a bet on of wrist, that might be ganglion cyst.

You have a misaligned wrist bone, most expected a posterior misaligned lunate. I recommend you see a chiropractor to have to corrected and realigned.
