i dont have any cure but u can do one thing
dont sleep straight ie ur face towards the ceiling
this will stop ur snoring

ask your doctor to prescribe a polysomnogram aka sleep study to rule out sleep apnea
Try to sleep sideways. Also, you can prepare yourself to sleep and try not to fall asleep immediately. Try to relex yourself and tell yourself in the mind that you are ready to sleep. Make this a habit and snoring shouldn't be a problem.
