I can bend my right thumb back to 90 degrees(perpendicular to hand) but not my left thumb, is something wrong?

Question:
Is there something wrong with it? I can't move any other fingers or left thumb back that far.

It doesn't hurt or anything like that. The joint looks like it is going into my hand...

Answers:
As it doesn't hurt, you probably have looser ligaments on one hand than you do in the other.

This doesn't mean that there is anything wrong, just that you can do this special movement. Often if one is right handed or left handed one hand will have greater movement than the other. This doesn't mean that the other is misformed, just used more often.
Have you always been able to do this?
It sounds like your double jointed... you just have more flexibility than most people.
I can do the same thing with both my thumbs... and have been able to all my life.
manufacturing defect i feel. even i have an extra bone near my elbow.
