I get up from sleep with a headache in the forehead?

Question:
this headache sometimes lasts for 2-3 days

Answers:
It could be something with your pillow.try using an extra one, or if you already use two, go down to one pillow. Try one that has more support. You can also try an air purifier in your bedroom. It sounds like your sinuses are filling up and giving you a "sinus migraine" which can last for days.
I'm sorry to hear that. I would love to help you try to get to the bottom of that. Perhaps it is dehydration, poor posture, or detoxification. I would suggest working on it from all sides... use yoga/t'ai chi to investigate/optimize your neck/shoulder posture, drink lots of filtered water, and eat a health-food-only diet for a few weeks. (no caffeine for now, either) Also consider whether a mild sleep disorder is causing it. Do you snore? Perhaps allergies are the cause, directly or indirectly?

If you can reasonably eliminate these causes, then you may have a serious problem that you should look into. I don't know how to go about that, though.

read wiki's article, looks juicy

lol, sorry, just couldn't resist this one. Seriously though, try taking some Tylenol or Motrin before you go to sleep. It could be sinuses. I had them(sinus headaches) until I got a Ionic Breeze machine.
could be something you are allergic to in your bedroom. i sleep with an air purifer beside my bed. try a different pillow, make sure you have not changed the detergent you wash the sheets in, do you have a pet that sleeps in your room? could also be for lack of sleep or too much sleep.
its a sinus headache. once they start they are hard to stop. i would suggest taking a good over the counter sinus remedy or seeing the dr for a scrip
