Question:

Answers:
apparantly if you exercise too late it can stop you sleeping - I used to go to the gym at around 8pm and when I told my doc about my sleeping probs, he said to stop exercising so late.
No tea, coffee, alcohol or food at least 4 hours before you go to bed.Don't watch TV in bed or read before you try to sleep. They all keep the brain active
I do loads of exercise and it doesn't really help my sleep to be honest. I found that I felt better all round from exercising though and it is supposed to help with poor sleep. Try it, it's good for you anyway and it certainly has helped others, maybe you're sleep problem is different to mine.
Well yes it helped me, but you may wish to consider something like Yoga or Tai chi etc.. Because this will help you relax and feel more contented as-well as giving you a very effective workout.

All the best : )
