silly, you can get yourself a diagram on line that will show you exactly where the human heart is that is unless someone rips yours out.
This is not a crazy question. The human heart ( male or female) is located just behind the rib cage on the left side. It is about 5 or 6 ribs down from the collar bone.
The human heart is about the size of your fist.
There are some humans that have their heart located lower and in the middle of the rib cage, but this only happens in about.001% of the population.

The ribs are there to help protect your heart from damage should you fall or get hit in the chest.
lets say that you have one -- then it will be on you left side just about where you fellow likes to touch. reason i added if you have one you keep seeing these t-shirts "i left my heart in ..."
