Got up at 10pm, went into bed, fell right rear to sleep. I noticed that I be awaking several times throughout the night, but have no trouble going back to sleep. I finally get up around 730am. I'm still tired. My body feels exhausted. I'm trying to focus on work, but my body of late doesn't want to function. I was diagnosed beside mild sleep apnea a few months ago, but wearing the CPAP mask is "invasive". I touch too confined and can't wait to get hold of it off contained by the morning. I haven't been wearing the pall for the past week
Answers: Your body is probably exhausted from the broken sleep. The amount of hours you gain do not matter if your body cannot accomplish R.E.M. I would suggest asking your doctor if there is an alternative to the CPAP (which I don't expect there is) or conceivably suggestions on how to cope with wearing it. Good luck and hoping for sweet dreams for you.
