What can I do to fall asleep?


Question:
Ive tried all of the regular things, like counting sheep, clearing my mind, even drinking warm milk. And I also do not wake up past 10 or drink caffeine past five. Help!!

Answers:
I used to have a hard time getting to sleep and nothing seemed to work but, then I got a noise maker something that makes noises like rain, ocean, waterfall, creek, and nature. It used to take me an hour or more to get to sleep but now I have fallen asleep in less than an hour and I have had this for four years.
I have the exact same problem.NOTHING...and i mean NOTHING helps so u just have to stick it out!

- reading
- watching tv/movie
- lieing on the couch before going to bed
- wash up earlier than you intend to fall asleep
watch a very boring film or just watch the history channel, discovery, and national geographic channel. hehe it helps! good luck! ^_^
Are you physically active during the day or are you a butt sitter. Need the activity and the fresh air to get you healthily tired. And going to bed too early will make you tired if you sleep more than 8 hrs. Cut back to 7,6 or 5. You won't even feel it for a couple of days.
