Been in bed since 10:30pm its 1am now, cant sleep, HELP!?

Tylenol PM works for me everytime. Also it is probably because you have somthing on your mind. Write it down, it will help you forget it so you can get some sleep.
Lie down and just breath deeply and let go completely. When you exhale, tell youself that you are feeling relaxed and sleepy. Within no time you will fall asleep. It takes me a minimum of 25 breaths to fall asleep
