Got a little cut on my penis, what do I do?

Question:
Ok, I was a little careless, lets just say, and I got a little cut now near the opening of my penis. I'm in a little pain, not excrusitating, but a little. What do I do now? To make sure it is alright and it doesn't get infected or anything? Help please. Thanks.

Answers:
don't stick into any hinny's, and dont let it fall on a public toilet.
wow that sucks. seriously. there's really not too much you can do at this point, just leave it alone until it heals and maybe you should put a little neosporin on it so that it heals faster... be more careful next time!
put some alcohol on it to clean the wound, then bandage it
Holy crap, man. That's more than a little careless. Just reading that hurt a bit.

Might need to put some hydrogen per oxide on there, although the though of that is painful as well (Infected penis is probably worse). Then Just take a good hot shower.
Just wash it frequently to avoid infection. That's all there is to it. Avoid doing manual stimulation for a week to let it heal. Do ingest antibiotics when you feel that an infection is about to start.
Use a mild disinfectant a couple of times a day. In Australia you can buy detol that you dilute with water and shouldn't sting too much. Stay away from harsh disinfectants or any that will hurt. Maybe a cream like savlon that doesn't sting at all...but I would try a solution rather than cream as the wound will heal faster is kept dry. There are also antiseptic powders that work well.well better than the alcohol and hydrogen peroxide...don't use that it will burn it off! Gentle and effective is the key here.
Ouch. I would put some Neosporin on it and leave it be for a day or so. But, put the salve on a few times a day.
Well, lucky for you urine is sterile (unless your have some type of infection) but if your healthy you should be ok. Just put some neosporum on it after urinating. It should heal within a few days.
Red Devil turpentine or just plain old kerosene will do the trick. Avoid open flames and use in a well ventilated area. Good luck.
Maybe try some neosporin, good luck!
