Just burned myself on the oven?

Question:
really minor, you cant even tell i burned myself. now that i mention it its starting to like theres a welt blister thing.and it hurts, do i just keep a cold facewasher on it? or is warm water better?

Answers:
Run cold water on it until the redness and initial pain starts to fade. Then keep cold washcloth or ice pack on it. If there is a large area with blistering (more than 3 or 4 inches), see the dr or ER right away.
No, cold cold cold.
cold, but not icy cold... do you have a bag of peas in the freezer?... take that, but put a thin cloth on it, so you don't add freezer burn to your existing burn
pop some ice in a sandwich baggy and hold it on there for about a minute, if stinging persists, lather a little bit of butter on it, its an old family remedy, works great. make sure to keep it clean, you might want to put some neosporin on after the butter.
Ice it and try rubbing some butter in it. If, the blister forms, it might be a second degree burn. Apply some triple antibiotic ointment and apply a light bandage to keep it from getting infected. Good luck!
Easy put your burn mark under the tub water on ice cold
