I have copies of every episode of Marcus Welby,MD. Is it wrong that I act as a doctor in emergencies?

I have watched every episode at least a dozen times. And even though I never went further than high school, as far as I am concerned, I am now a qualified doctor. I have gathered supplies of unused drugs, painkillers, and antibiotics etc from friends. I also have a supply of hypodermic needles. Now when I see an accident on the highway I stop and administer medical aid. I have even ridden in the back of an ambulance a few times and worked as a physician in the ER when I got there. I am very good on back and neck trauma. Does anyone see anything wrong with this?

I don't. Doctors are just rich, snotty brats that went to an expensive school to learn what you did from Marcus Welby, M.D. And so what if they have passed their boards and swore the hypocritical oath. You are providing the same life-saving care they are. Probably for a lot less money too! I can only hope if I get hurt, you are around to help me.

if you are not a certified doc then you could get sued for any "wrong" info that you give to patient's that could possibly get hurt.

Yes, this is most definitely wrong! Just by watching episodes of doctors on TV does not make you one yourself! You really need to stop this before you hurt someone or even kill them. And if you are caught you are looking at some serious jail time! I really hope this is a joke question and you just wanted some laughs, but if not then please seek out some help. Stop this now! You are not a doctor, if you want to be one the go to school and learn the hard way and the right way!

yes, there is a lot wrong with it. it is illegal and could end up killing someone.

why dont u just goto college..it should be easier for you now that u know all the stuff
