Question:
ok it's mor like my right shoulder area... it feel slike soemthing is pinched... ow. what should i do? i have to keep my arm up like i'm hunched over. i can't lower it cuz of the pain. the 'pinch' feeling is around the area behind the clavicle.
ow it hurts. help?

Yikes! I know that feeling! I would say try to get someone to message it...or message it yourself if you are alone. Then put either a bag of ice or around your neck or a heating pad on the creak. Which ever one you are available to..they both work great. When you go to sleep try to sleep with your neck straight or the opposite way o the creak! Sorry about your problem! Hope it gets better!
