Yesterday i exercised, i always stretch before any work out. Well when i woke up today my knee really hurt. It hurt so bad i couldnt apply any pressure on it when i walked. I checked it out and it is not swollen. I touched around and it doesnt hurt when i apply pressure with my hand it only hurts when i walk. Any suggestions on what i should do?

REST: Rest and elimination of activity which aggravates the injury.
ICE: Apply Cold to stop pain and restrict excess Fluid to the injury.
COMPRESSION: To further inhibit swelling caused by excess Fluid to the injury.
ELEVATION: To further inhibit swelling caused by excess Fluid to the injury.
Take an anti-inflammatory such as ibuprofen to help with the pain and swelling.
After following the above for 1-2 weeks and it fails to resolve itself, Make an appointment with an Orthopedic and have it checked out.
