Breaking my sleep cycle?
Question:
Answers:
Stay up all day and get your body used to sleeping at night again. This will probably take awhile so you should start now.
Melatonin will help you tremendously! It's available at any health food store or pharmacy!
Sounds exactly like me when I was in college... The best I can say is make yourself stay up all day, not just once, but a few days in a row at least... and make yourself get up at a progressively earlier time each "morning" (after you finish sleeping)... even if you have to start by waking up at noon, then move back to 11:30, 11, 10:30 etc. until you get to the time you want to get used to waking up on a regular basis. And NO NAPS during the day after you get up or you'll defeat the purpose! You won't get any long term bad side effects from doing this, but it WILL make you feel drained and lousy for several days until your body gets a chance to adjust back to the new rhythm... best thing is not to get into such an awful pattern in the first place! ... but with perseverance, you can do it! Good luck...
Ok.. start staying awake all night long and after a year i will read messages from you asking about different kinds of autoimmune diseases :)
If you violate the contract between nature and your body you will soon have to deal with health problems
