Need help with insomnia.?


Question:
I need some serious help with this I havn't been able to sleep for the past 2 weeks. I have gotteena couple hours a night but the only time I get to sleep is when I pass out from exhaustion. I mean this is terrible. I am sleepy but I can't sleep I want to sleep but I can't my mind keeps on going and going. I think about things like if I go to sleep now I will get 7 hours of sleep if I go to bed now I will get 6 hours. It goes on like this till I can't take it anymore and get up and go downstairs. I have sat iun bed for 5 hours trying to get to sleep. Really could use some help with this.

try taking some benadryl. it has the same med in it that some sleeping pills have in them.
Maybe you need something to help you along if alot of stress i would talk to your doctor about it, i have trouble with insomnia i found a xanax usually takes off enough edge i can sleep. Also make sure your not drinking bunch caffeine stuff like that.
Dude I have the same thing, and really, the best thing you can do is go to a doctor and get some sleep aid meds like Ambien or something, but then you have to make a routine: ALWAYS go to bed at the SAME TIME and try to wake up at the same time as well, so you can set up a nice circadian rhythm. You should also see a psychologist about what's bothering you so much that it keeps you awake, or if you're suffering from other issues like depression then you should see a psychiatrist for some antidepressants.
try some meletonin from the health food store , I have used it before and it works , well , Iam off to bed now , heh
Try to be more active to burn energy. also ty to get some sea salt or hymalayan salt. NOT THAT WHITE **** WE PUT ON FOOD. but real sea salt. This is will definitely put you to sleep. Use it after a glass of water. cheackout www.watercure2.org
