You can buy this supplement at like CVS or Walgreens called melatonin it promotes sleep. Your body already produces it but this is just an extra helping. It will cost you about $3-$5.
Try melatonin a half hour before bedtime..it will help get you and keep you asleep..and its natural.
what i did with myself was i didnt sleep whole night a before my holiday so next day i was early to bed totally tired and exhausted but then next morning i wake up early so i try to get up early in morning so i go bed early in nite hope it should work with you also early to bed early to rise
The first thing you need to do is set a schedule and stick by it. A few tips off the top of my head are:
Pick your bed time and then avoid alcohol, chocolate, sugar, and other stimulantsfor at least an hour before your bedtime.
Don't use your bed for anything other than sleeping and sex.
If you can't fall asleep within 15 mins of bedtime, get up and do something - read for a while, watch TV or listent o music in another room, eat a healthy snack, maybe mediate or try some relaxation exercises...
Make sure your bedroom is quiet, dark, and a comfortable temperature.
Try not to oversleep as this will make you feel as lousy as being overtired. As young as you sound you shouldn't need more than 6-8hours a night.
Stay with your schedule even on weekends and holidays.
