Right leg poor cirulation problem and numbness?
Question:

You are exactly right! Lyrica is for nerve problems and that is exactly what is wrong with your right leg. Through out all of your coughing, and readjusting the way you carry yourself due to the hernia, you have compromised a nerve in likely your back that is radiating down your leg. Numbness, pins and needles, "itchy" feelings, etc all symptoms. I doubt your doctor told you that you are having circulation problems so I don't really know where you got that idea, but it doesn't sound like circulation, once you get past the "watch signs" of poor circulation.
Since you say, your Not Doing It to the Lyrica, you probably don't wanna hear what I have to say, but I can tell you that I have suffered some pretty severe nerve damage and Lyrica has been wonderful. I was prescribed many other less expensive drugs before it, and they just didn't do the trick. So it sounds to me like your doctor is treating your nerve damage pretty aggressively as to avoid other nerve problems. I worry , if you don't heed his advice that you may cause yourself Sciatic nerve damage and believe me... you don't want that, especially at your age. Sciatica would make for some pretty miserable times and is usually reoccuring and chronic.
In my opinion you have a pretty terrific doctor and your'e lucky to have found one, because they seem to be few and far between in situations like yours. (no insur.)
I know how frustrating all of this falling on you all at once can be, because I've been there (even the hernia). If you would like to talk to me about the Lyrica feel free to email me, i don't blame you for being leary, and it is expensive, but it really helped me.
Good Luck, I hope you get the relief that you need.
You should visit a neurologist and tell him about it.
Insomnia , leg numbness and pins and needles feeling might lead to some kind of neurological problem.
I am no doctor but this is what i would do if i were you
All my prays with you and hope you are healthy :)
no idea. Maybe you have restless leg syndrome. You have all the symptoms.
PS: you really need to get health insurance. There are many plans out there. If your employer doesn't provide it chances are you can get public health insurance.
If it is a circulation problem--sprinkle red pepper in your shoes..I am not crazy it really works.
Depending on where you live I hate to say this but the county hospital offers treatment with very little or deferred payment options. They are really good with finding the problem to situations like yours.
