Right now im going to bed between 6 and 9 am and getting up at 3pm or later. How can i change this and go to bed earlier and get up earlier. Ive tried to go to bed earlier but im never tired and cant sleep. Ive tried to set my alarm to wake me up earlier but i sleep right through it. How can i change and go to bed earlier and get up earlier?

Decide what you want to do and try to change your schedule

Try going to bed at 4AM and sleep til 11AM one night then the next night try to go to bed at 2AM and sleep til 9Am or 10AM the next night and keep trying to go to bed ealier every night.
Stay away from the computer, do something boring to you, like a boring T.V. show or read a boring book and see if you get sleepy. Also try and be physically active so your body is tired, rake the lawn, or clean out the basement or garage.
