Legs are really sore . . . any quick fixes?


Question:
I've been going to this sports camp thing, and my legs have gotten steadily more sore lately.

If I keep moving around, they loosen up a little, but I was wondering, does anyone have any idea what I could do to make the pain go away for the next couple of days?

Soaking in Epsom salt will help temporarily
ok lay down or sit like for 45 min to an hour ur legs will start to become less pain and it will go away or u can rube some sorbean jr. and put a heating pad on them whils laying down it it should help u should do this when u sleep
It sounds like you have lactic acid built up. There is no complete quick fix, but what will help is to do a light warm up then stretch for a while. Make sure you drink tons of water and eat some bananas so you can help release the lactic acid build up. Or you could do what i do, get bengay and lather your legs in it as well as take some ibuprofin.
