Toe Spasms?

Question:
I am 15 years old and Recently I've been having several Toe Spasms and they REALLY hurt. Does anyone know how to get rid of them?
As we speak i cant move my middle toe or my ankle or else it will start to contract and hurt real bad.
I do not have diabetes, not fat, i am completely healthy. Is this normal for teenagers of my age?

Answers:
They are cramps ( in your foot). Do your toes cross and crumple up (turn under)? I get them too and have gotten them all my life (since grade school). It is low salt in your body and what bring it on is different shoes you wear (like too flat a shoe after wearing higher heels or vise versa).

I just eat some potatoe chips and drink some water and it seems to subside in about 15 minutes.
hi, try to eat lots of fresh banana... and do not remove the "parts that look like thread because that is the better source of potassium (in fact the inner part of the peel is the better source.) I am not joking... banana contains lots of potassium and that is good for your body. better still, go ask your doctor because you might be experiencing deficiency in potassium. here is a tip. when your to starts to act weird, do not point your toes instead, flex them upward... this might so the trick.. that happens to me, too, and that trick works all the time... good luck...
