How do you get rid of pins and needles in your foott!?

Question:

Answers:
Restore the blood supply.

The most common source of the pins and needles feeling is when you cut off the blood supply to a foot or arm by laying on it. When you move the offending limb so that circulation is restored then the build up of toxins like lactic acid hurts providing that pins and needles feeling. As soon as you exercise the offending limb a little the feeling goes away.

If the feeling doesn't go away then that is a sign of serious nerve damage; usually in the spine. Some forms of brain trauma can create this feeling, but the most common source is a compressed spinal disk that is pinching a nerve. Sometimes an operation can fix this problem, but more often than not no matter what the surgery there will be a remaining problem and a source of life long pain.

So either your foot went to sleep or you suffered some damage in a serious accident. Damage like this can take a few days to show up and getting rid of it could be impossible.
pull them out
Rub your foot for a moment. They'll go away.
if there real pull them out if u mean ur foot is asleep then stomp on the grund a few times
Stand up and shake the foot around or stomp it (if you can stand it).
Give your foot a good massage.
If this is just from your foot "falling asleep" while sitting on it, then just try walking on it to encourage circulation.

If it is a frequent or on-going problem, please go to a doctor. This is an indicator of a medical problem.

Peace be with you!

Do you know if you have neuropathy? Neuropathy is usually, not always, caused by diabetes. The pain is often called a pins and needles type pain. I have had it for many years; I've tried absolutely everything (including surgery) and nothing helps. The pain is worse at night. There are various medications that might help if you catch it early enough. Neurontin is one of the meds that is usually recommended. I take it and Oxycodone several times a day every day. If it's neuropathy you're dealing with, I REALLY wish you a lot of luck.
