Sun burns?

First to make the burns heal you should use lots of aloe and lanolin to help soothe the burn. As for prevention try using baby sunblock. My ex-husband is very fair skinned and that is what he used to use when we would go to the beach or any outdoor activity. You need to use something with a very high spf we used a 50 spf. But baby sunblock is the best.
Use Baby sun block and apply it regularly. It wont last all day. I would apply at least 1 time per hour as you will sweat it off. also if you can Wear a hat to help shade your face and to protect your head.
help the heal, take a bath with vinegar...it takes the hear from the burn out.or you can use a rag, dip it in vinegar, and place it on the sunburn...when you take the rag away, you can feel the heat on the rag from the burn.prevention, long sleeves, lots and lots of sunscreen, and as previously stated, aloe vera works well
use a waterproof sunscreen at spf 30 - 45. After your activity, splash on some aloe w/ lanolin. If there are blilsters, use neosporin ointment - heals wounds faster.
Well i am out side for most of the day i am a diver and right now i have a3rd degree sunburn but what i do is use releif getl and get really hiugh spf and usb sunblock like i use spf 80 but i got mine from a doctor .Try getting a perscripiton from a docter...
You may want to try a different sunscreen, preferably one with a higher SPF rating. Also, if possible wear a brimmed hat such as a baseball cap. Keep whatever parts of the body that you possibly can covered. I don't mean going around necessarily in long pants and long sleeves when it is 100 degrees out, but at the same time, don't go out in the sun for extended periods of time with no shirt on either.
To help the burns heal, the best thing is usually a cream or ointment with Aloe in it. If you have nothing else, you can use cool (not ice cold) water to help relieve it a bit.
