Should I bend my fractured finger after a week to relieve stiffness?

Just broke mine a week ago as well. The urge is there to bend it but it has not healed yet. My doc told me to keep the splint on atleast until the next visit(next week). I wouldn't until he/she tells you to.
doesn't sound like you should but when you go to the doctor again he would probally help make the stiffness go away if you ask him to
If it doesnt hurt too much then go ahead, it will help in the long run.
