Whats the diffrence between muscle spasms and twitches??

Question:
im just getting random twitches all over my body. neck, behind ear and in chest and everwere. im most likey going to the ER tonight if it dont stop. im 16

Answers:
Twitches are annoying. Spasms are a constant pain, usually caused by an injury. If you've been in an accident, go to the ER. If not, wait until Monday. The trip isn't worth it.
Spasms happen constantly, over and over and over. A twitch is an uncontollable jump in your muscles and it just happens once in a while. You know when you get a spasm in your eye? That constant twitching? That's a spasm. Get up, walk around, get the blood flowing. Drink some water. See if that helps. No more coffee for you!
