Lower back pain?

Question:
I have started to have lower back pain. I have not lifted or moved anything. Any idea on what it could be? Would my kidneys hurt in the middle of my lower back? Bladdar infection possibly? I have never really hurt here before. Also, bending over forward eases it when it hurts.

Answers:
It sounds like you may have a sprained back or even a herniated disk in your back. Believe me it doesn't take much to injure your back. I did it just by lifting my newborn son the wrong way. You should se a doctor right away, before possible doing more damage. You'll thank me for it later, I promise! Good luck, I sincerely hope you feel better soon! Back pain is the worst!

i don't kno wat it could be, but u should try going 2 a chiropractor, or maybe get a massage...that always helps my back pains :)
You have to do exercises. Probably your sitting posture will not be correct. Sit erect always. Do simple exercises and certain yoga exercises are good. Practice them.
Any burning on urination? Urinating without completely voiding the bladder? Feel like you have to urinate frequently?
Could be signs of urinary tract infection. If this is the case it would be best to see a Dr. Temporary fix try otc cystex, azo standard or generic version. But you really need to see Dr.
