That could be an early sign of many serious conditions: cancers, lupus, and many more. Or, it could just be a sign that you are anemic. Either way, go to your doctor and discuss it with him/her. They'll take some blood to test you for anemia and other disorders, and then be able to properly treat you.

Go to your Dr. There are a whole number of things that could be causing it some not so serious some life threatening. My friend had that problem something to do with her white blood cell count but she did need treatment.
That's happened to me twice and it was severe! It ended up being Iron Deficiency Anemia. Make an appointment with your Dr. and have some blood tests done.
vitamin c deficiency & iron deficiency anemia are two thing you can check yourself by taking a supplement.
if not, then the doctor must be called.
