I can barley bearing?

last hours of darkness i got this strain in my right knees its kinda toward the left side of my right knees.i didnt worry nearly it mucha amd jsut went to sleep..i woke up and immediately its worse i have to saunter with a floppy its really painfull when i walk its almost resembling a constant shooting pain and soreness on the side of my knees it doesnt hurt when im not walking on it but i can barely waddle...i cant remember injuring it..im not in any sports or own done anything where i could enjoy injured it...what could this be ?im 16
