Could I have whiplash?

Question:
First off, I've NEVER had pains in my neck before. Ever. Exactly seven days ago, today, I was in a go kart accident. I rear-ended another car that was sitting still at an estimated 20-30 mph, and my neck hurt pretty bad that night and the next day, but then the pain all went away.

Just two days ago, my neck started to hurt a little bit, and ever since then it's progressed down to my shoulders, all the way down both arms, and today it's started in my back. It hurts to get out of bed, and since yesterday me neck has started to stiffen up and I can hardly turn it half of what I used to be able to.

I have a cousin who was just in a car accident two months ago who says it may be whiplash, but it may also be stress related, but the problem is, I've had "stress related" pain before, but it was nothing like this. What are the chances I'm suffering from whiplash? ...and, is there any way to help it without "professional help?"

Answers:
It could be whiplash or herniated disc, fracture vertebrae.Since you were in an accident two days ago your car insurance should pay for you to be seen by a doctor.I recommend the ER because they have more equipment on hand to do certain tests to make sure you did not damage or could potentially cause more harm to you.
Know one can say for certain what is wrong with your neck without x-rays and other tests I wouldn't wait if I was you
