could be anything from a pulled/taired muscle to a blood clot.
get it checked out by a doctor.
OMG I HATE WHEN THAT HAPPENS!! I always do that in the middle of the night and then i can't walk on it all morning and i have to like walk on my heel. ughhhh I hate that sooo much!! Its called a charlie horse i think lol.but it will get better in a couple hours don't worry!! I feel your pain lol
