Uh...they're custom...they're made to contour the shape of your feet, thus being the very definition of comfort for 'your' feet
Yes, they are...at first when you get them it feels very different, but your foot quickly adapts.
I am so glad that I have custom shoe insoles. My feet don't hurt as much anymore.
Also there are so many different insoles to choose from (material wise i mean) ...
You will be glad when you have them in your shoes and your feet get supported the right way.
