Pain in my left arm?
Question:

Sorry, no, but you should go to a doctor, could be something to do with your heart?
If you are young, it could be a trapped nerve. If you are over 45 it could be cardiac related see the doc.
Could be any number of things varying from nerve damage to muscle damage, heart trouble, blocked arteries, mini MI's. In short short go to your doctor and get it checked out. Hopefully it'll just be some thing simple but could as easily be something very serious.
maybe a trapped nerve. go to your gp
Pinched nerve in the neck
Radiculopathy is not a specific condition, but rather a description of a problem in which one or more nerves are affected and do not work properly (a neuropathy). The emphasis is on the nerve root ("radix" = "root"). This can result in pain (Radicular pain), weakness, numbness, or difficulty controlling specific muscles.
If you're not breathless, getting chest pain, getting headaches and dizziness then it's probably a trapped nerve as many others have suggested. If you have any of the other symptoms I've mentioned go to a doctor NOW! (you should go anyway though as it's causing you discomfort :-P)
