Take 1-2 Excedrin and 1-5 Ibuprofen, depending on your tolerance level and the severity of the pain.
painkiller such as advil aleve tylenol etc and a banana or other fruit. also, wash your face with cool water. lightly massage your temples for about five minutes. i hope you get well soon.
Take 2 ALEVE.
hit your foot with a hammer you won't think of the headache any more
take two B-C headache powders.
Use "Head-On" for nearly immediate relief that is temporary (it comes in sinus, extra-strength and migraine as far as I know). While the HEAD-ON takes the 'edge' off the headache, eat a light snack - a banana, crackers, etc. (sometimes cheese can make migraines worse; be careful!) then you can either take two Excedrin or some other pain reliever that is high in caffeine. If you don't have any pain killer with caffeine in the house, drink a cup of coffee or a Coke and put a cool rag on your forehead (after the HEAD-ON has soaked in) and try to relax in a cool, slightly darkened room. Hope you feel better quickly! Good luck!
A pain reliever, and a stiff cup of coffee helps me. Or I will take a pain reliever like tylenol and drink a starbucks frappuccino. Looking at it right now, trying to type and hold ice pack on forehead too. Hope it goes away.
find the tendon/ligament (not sure which) between your thumb and pointer finger and squeeze. It has always helped me.
