My ear hurts!!!!?

Question:
I was smimming in a pond and jumped of a failry high diving board and landed standing sraight up. It flet like water went up my nose then almost immediatley my left ear stated hurting. It is a few hours later right now and it is still hurting. I can hear very small popping noises every few seconds. It has not gotten any better, maybe even worse. Any suggetions on what it is and how to stop it?

Answers:
You can try to get the water out that's stuck in there by turning your head to the side (point the ear down that's got the water in it) and hop on your opposite foot while you shake your head down (gently!). It sounds stupid, but it works.

You can also try a drop or two of olive oil, put a bit of cotton just at the opening of your ear, wait a while and then lean over on that side to see if the water comes out.

If it doesn't get better you can see a doctor, but I've had that happen a lot and I never had to go to the doctor.
I maybe a burst ear drum - see your doctor ASAP.
Lean your head to the side so that the clogged ear is up and pour hydroben peroxide into it. Let it sit in there and then let it drain out. This might pop it.
it is swimmers ear you need to go to the doctor and get ear drops for it.
