I have a cramp in my neck?

Question:
I have had this cramp in my neck for about 2 months and it only gets worse. I have changed my pillow but that didn't help. I thought it was only because of my job (receptionist) but I have it on the weekends as well. It has gotten to the point now that I have headaches all the time and I get dizzy. Not only that but there are times when it just feels like I cannot think or get out what I want to say. Do you think it could be something serious or just like I said my job??

Please no wise cracks I am serious here.

Thanks in advance

Answers:
It sounds serious if its affecting how you think and its making you dizzy. I would go see a doc.

Have you also tried putting a heat pack on it and then having a masseuse massage it out? Heat pack first, to relax the muscle, then massage.
Do you think you have a pinched nerve? If you aren't getting any relief with all the changes you have made, I would go on and visit with my doctor only to reassure myself that it isn't anything serious.

Best of luck, Nikkee!

simply contact a chiropractor, tell them what you are experiencing and give them $25 to crack your neck

every penny will be worth it
Sounds like you may be having "phone neck". This is caused from holding the phone to your ear with your shoulder. Ask your boss for a headset.
