FREE to good home! I'll even PAY you to take it! Help my sciatica pain is killing me! Any suggestions?

Question:
I had back surgery two years ago, and although my pain has never completely went away, this week I feel like I can' t take it anymore. Any suggestions what helps you?

Answers:
I'm sorry that the surgery didn't help. Can you describe what type of surgery you had? Although a history of surgery would limit the techniques available, chiropractic is one option that has great results, especially after a failed back surgery. Talk to your friends and find out who they go to, and get a good referral from them. I have planty of esperience working with people who have had a fusion surgery, and while the results can be slow at times, they always come. Good luck with this.

PS-My father has had 2 discs removed from his lower back. As long as I adjust him once a week and he stays active, he does just fine. Still golfing, mt biking, swimming.
Neurontin and heating pads are what helped me.
