I was conditioning yesterday and today im really sore. what can i do to help with my soreness?

Question:
please help i have to work out from now on until football is over and i want to know what can i do to help my soreness? thanks

Answers:
You need to make sure you stretch out your body a lot AFTER your workouts. Drink lots of water. If it still hurts, you can always try to give yourself a massage in the areas that are the most sore. Simply apply some baby oil and rub. After there is enough heat, try wrapping the area for a bit to keep the heat in.

Hope this helps..
drink water!

part of the reason you may have become sore is due to dehydration while you exercised. muscles get more acidic and sore if you dont have the water in your system. just keep yourself really hydrated and hopefully it will go away. it might help to ice the really sore places and keep restful.
bee pollen
royal jelly

read up and research. these two are usually together, but, not necessarily. cheap and your endurance and strength will improve. soreness, a thing of the past.
good luck
Drink lots of water and take some ibuprofen (advil). It will help a bit.
good answers! combine water with the suggestion of royal jelly and/or bee pollen. most bee pollen do have royal jelly in them. check the label or ask the clerk.
The thing that helps me the most AND IS FREE is taking a really warm bath. I just lay in the warm water for 45 minutes at a time, and this really relaxes my muscles, and actually does make them feel less sore. I do this during hell week of soccer when we have 3-a-days and my legs are really sore. This really does help so you should try it.
Hope this helps you!
