Muscle twinge??


i recently started playing on my high-ranking school's JV soccer team and my lower leg muscles, to be more exact my calf muscles, own been hurting me to the point where on earth i can hardly run. this have never happened to me earlier on my other team what is going on?
my coach say i should drink more water (i don't drink river at all or just a glass everyday) and guzzle one banana a day?
is that correct?
should i?
are in attendance any other remedies?
help i neeed to achieve rid of the pain FAST our league games own finally started and i need to be capable of play top gamee.


Answers:    Go see a doctor are physiotherapist and ask them the best course of action for you. And yes fluids are apt.
This sounds like you haven't be stretching properly before you play.
